Cooling water

Why:
Condensors of power stations at times suffer from cooling water leakages, resulting in a change of the condensate composition with negative implications for the production process. This may lead to an accelerated wear of the boiler, the reactor itself or the steam generator.

Solution:
DHT offers the possibility to reliably detect cooling water leakages in a fast and efficient way. Condensor moduls can be tested separately, leakages in tubes will be identified by method of helium detection.

Result:
The production process does not need to be interrupted during testing, but can continue at slightly reduced capacity. Repairs and control measurements can be done nearly in parallel. Resulting production losses are minimal and will be more than compensated.
